Juniors first day back at Ors

Wow what a fun packed day. We did our reading first and the children all read so well. We talked to the children about the upcoming garden show and used some of the equipment for a fun sack race. Dallas was super duper fast. The children pretended to be in a cocoon within the sacks and emerged as beautiful butterflies. We had fruit outside followed by some drumming to a beat. Numeracy was in the form of natural products from our envoirment , check it out on the wall in the orrs room.

In the afternoon we planted the daisy in plastic planters and watered our plants. Finishing off with music and dancing.
